Each order includes one revision window for factual corrections, missing purchased deliverables, broken files or delivery issues, and clear formatting/export problems.
Revisions do not include changing package scope, requesting a completely new report, rewriting the report because you disagree with a recommendation, or adding new business information after the report has already been generated.

Is this traditional consulting?
No. DC Market Intel is a digital productized service that uses AI-assisted analysis to create business intelligence reports, automation opportunity maps, implementation roadmaps, SOP starters, prompt libraries, and related assets. It is not open-ended consulting time.
Is a human reviewing every report?
Not unless explicitly stated. Reports are generated through an AI-assisted workflow with internal quality-control rules. Do not assume human consultant review unless it is specifically included in the purchased package.
Do you guarantee ROI or savings?
No. Any ROI or savings estimates are illustrative and based on assumptions, client-provided information, and available evidence. Actual results depend on execution, business conditions, tools, team adoption, and many other factors.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, you’ll provide your website, business type, services, software tools, bottlenecks, workflows, and AI boundaries. Higher-tier packages may require uploaded materials such as SOPs, reports, sales emails, proposals, intake forms, spreadsheets, or screenshots.
What should I not upload?
Do not upload passwords, payment information, private regulated records, protected health information, highly sensitive personal data, or confidential customer records unless a separate approved process exists.
Can this replace an employee?
No. The reports are designed to identify where AI can assist with drafting, summarizing, organizing, classifying, and workflow support. Human judgment and approval are still required for important or client-facing decisions.
Can you build the automations for me?
DC Market Intel currently focuses on reports, blueprints, and implementation assets. Done-for-you implementation may be offered later, but only when clearly listed as an available service.
